System engineering: TULZ process
Coating complex parts with complicated geometries is precision work.
Complex stampings and shaped components that tend to scoop, so-called “blind holes” or screws with internal force-bearing surfaces, for example, are therefore ideal candidates for the TULZ system (dip-painting recirculation centrifuge).
The right surface coating
for every part
The optimal computer program for the coating process is compiled for each part. The special sequence control takes into account parameters such as swivel angle, direction of rotation, spin time and spin speed.
Maximum variability
for optimum surface quality
The coating baskets can be spun off directly above the dip baskets. Up to five treatment cycles can be combined in a wide variety of program steps. The high variability of the TULZ system guarantees that even the highest quality requirements are met.
