Surface pre-treatment

A basket cleaning, rack cleaning and drum cleaning system is available for cleaning the surfaces of parts that are sensitive or long. This allows even heavy, impact-prone or long components up to 2000 mm to be cleaned.

A computer-controlled, high-performance zinc phosphating system is used for pre-treating the components. Thanks to its activation feature, the layer thickness and fineness can be specifically adjusted to the requirements of the zinc flake coating. Before phosphating, the workpieces are cleaned using hot degreasing specific to the individual parts.

The phosphating and cleaning system has a three-stage stand-alone cascade rinsing system with rinse water recirculation to the active baths and a surface drainage with continuous bypass filtration. The wastewater is also neutralized fully automatically, filtered and treated with cation exchangers.

Troughed belt shot peening installations, barrel shot peening installations and hanger type blasting systems provide a wide range of blasting options. Different blasting media are used depending on the requirements of the parts.
