Particularly suitable
for surface coating of demanding parts
The TLZ process on racks is designed for springs that tend to tangle, for sensitive and easily deformable workpieces with complex surface geometries and even for heavy parts. Special baskets are used in the TLZ process on racks to specifically meet the requirements of complex parts.
These baskets are transported through the furnace on racks without being tipped out, i.e. as complete units, and they pass through the coating process several times if necessary. Due to the great success of this technology and its high market acceptance, a fourth coating system based on this production concept has already been put into operation.

After the coating basket has been filled, the dipping, painting and centrifuging processes are carried out fully automatically under a complete enclosure, so that no solvents can escape from the systems in an uncontrolled manner. A sophisticated air circulation system optimizes the preheating, baking and cooling processes of the parts.
