Surface sealing

We use the following top coats for surface sealing

DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 301 GZ, DELTA-PROTEKT® VT 600, DELTA®_SEAL, DELTA®_SEAL GZ, DELTA-PROTEKT® VL450: These top coats improve the material properties and have an insulating effect. They increase corrosion resistance and protect against chemicals such as acids, bases, cleaners and oils In addition, they significantly reduce the frictional resistance of components when using variants with added lubricant.

Suitable top coats

For every specific surface requirement

  • DELTA-PROTEKT® VH 301 GZ is a water-dilutable, inorganic, silicon-containing post-sealing agent. It is transparent with a layer thickness of 1–3 µm.
  • The Teflon-containing, deep black DELTA-PROTEKT® VT 600 has very good sliding properties and is an alternative to classic bonding coatings. In addition, it reliably reduces squeaking noises in difficult installation situations.
  • DELTA®_SEAL is a highly cross-linked organic micro-layer that provides additional protection against contact corrosion. Depending on the requirements, it can achieve layer thicknesses of 5–10 µm. For color design, we offer DELTA®_SEAL in black, silver, green, yellow, light blue, dark blue and light gray.
  • The DELTA®_SEAL GZ variant is available in black and silver. These colors are approved for use in the food industry.
